RESULTS

NEW YORK, NY - The Hunter College women's swimming team competed against the Bulldogs of Brooklyn College on Tuesday, November 27th in a conference match-up.  The Hawks were victorious, besting the Bulldogs 55-40.

The 200 Yard MR relay team consisting of Chryzl Goco, Charlotte Collazo, Courtney McEvoy Lee and Jennifer Dzurita placed first with a time of 2:07.52.  Paulina Backiel placed first in the 1000 Yard Freestyle with a time of 14:34.27, while Axinia Gamez placed second with a time of 15:24.23.

Dzurita placed first in the 50 Yard Freestyle with a time of 27.79 and in the 100 Yard Freestyle with a time of 1:01.74. Goco placed first in the 200 Yard IM with a time of 2:34.70 while Helena Mapoy placed first in the 100 Yard Butterfly with a time of 1:27.01. In the 100 Yard Backstroke, Christina Chu placed first as well with a time of 1:22.95.

The Hawks are back in the pool on December 3rd when they host Manhattan College.
