Flushing, NY – Hunter fell to SUNY Oneonta 9-0 at the USTA National Tennis Center in Flushing, NY on Saturday, April 6
th.
Oneonta swept thru Hunter in both singles and doubles play. The Hawks drop to an overall record of 13-5.
The No.1 doubles team of
Shena Joseph and
Stephanie Ahwireng lost 8-6, while the No.2 team of
Angelina Usherenko and
Dana Dotti were held scoreless 8-0, and
Beth Chapnick and
Caroline Kaleda competed at No.3 doubles but fell 8-5. Hunter was also swept in singles play in all six matches.
The Hawks will head to Madison, NJ on April 17
th for a matchup with Drew University at 4:30 p.m in their next game.
