Jamaica, N.Y. - Hunter College men's tennis dropped a conference match to Brooklyn College on Wednesday, falling by just point with a score of 5-4.

The Hawks are now 3-5 overall and 3-2 in CUNYAC, while the Bulldogs improved to 4-1.

The Purple and Gold started strong, taking two of the three doubles matches. Nasser Ghaffar/Sean Kemp took down their opponents at #1 before Omer Khalifa/Kyle Burrus got an 8-3 win at the #3 court.

Hunter took two of the singles matches as Ghaffar and Khalifa each got wins, but it was not enough to overtake the Bulldogs.

The squad returns to action on April 14 when they travel for a match against Baruch College.
