Queens Village, N.Y. - Hunter College men's tennis dropped its third CUNYAC match of the season on Sunday, falling to Baruch College with a score of 7-2.
The Hawks are now 3-6 overall this season and 3-3 in conference play, while the Bearcats improved to 4-0.
The team of
Kyle Burrus and
Omer Khalifa got the 8-3 win in doubles at the #3 spot, to give Hunter their lone doubles victory.
In singles play, the Hawks earned one individual victory as
Ryan Hwang took down his opponent at the #6 court with scores of 6-4, 3-6 and 10-5.
The squad returns to action on April 17 when they host Oneonta at 3 p.m.
