New York, N.Y.- The Hunter College women's swimming team topped conference rival, Baruch College in a dual meet this week, 67-28, to continue their undefeated CUNYAC season.
The medley relay put up seven points for the Hawks with 
Germayne Chau, Vanesa Bentacur, 
Che'Rel Haywood, and 
Kiana Guarino finishing for a combined time of 1:59.73. 
Guarino continued her win streak as she took first in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:07.63, followed by 
Mia Chang who clocked in at 2:08.35 to add a combined eight points to the Hawk score.
In the women's 50-yard freesytle, 
Cara Chang placed first (26.61), while 
Kinsella Reis came in third (28.42). The duo also recorded another scoring performance in the 100-yard freestyle as 
Cara Chang picked up the win an impressive time of 57.43, as Reis followed  at 1:03.14. 
Germayne Chau also had a duo of wins, first in the 200-yard IM (2:22.88) and then in the 100-yard backstroke (1:02.15) where Guarino also recorded a second place finish, less than two seconds behind her at 1:02.15.
Hunter is set to return to the pool on Tuesday Jan. 17 against Felician.
