Women's Swimming Hunter Athletics

Hawks Fall to Felician

Rutherford, N.J.- The Hunter College women's swimming team competed at Felician University for a dual meet.

Despite the loss, Hunter turned several second place finishes in the meet. 

Cara Chang led the team with two silver medals. In the 100m freestyle she crossed the finish line in 1:08.52, while she finished the 100m breaststroke with a time of 1:35.68. Kiana Guarino also recorded an indivdual second place finish in the 200m free, clocking in at 2:22.10.

Both relays took second, as the 200m relay consisting of Diana Reyes, Gwendolyn Posner, Hailey Quiller, and Heyu Feng finished with a time of 2:35.33 to start off the meet. The 400m relay team of Guarino, Adriana Sanchez, Sera Aktas, and Molly Nettles clocked in at 5:14.14
