FLUSHING, N.Y.- JP Maaba of the Hunter College men's basketball team earning his third Rookie of the Week title as announced by the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) on Monday afternoon.
 

JP Maaba recorded 11 points, six assists, and three steals, including a key fast-break layup in the final seconds to seal Hunter's first win of the season against Old Westbury last week.

Hunter returns to action with another home game at 6 p.m. on Dec. 2 against Mount Saint Vincent in the Sportsplex.
