Poughkeepsie, N.Y. - The men's and women's fencing team both competed at the Vassar Invitational on November 10th.  The men went 1-6 for the day while the women went 0-7.

The men's lone victory came when they defeated host school Vassar.  The Hawks swept all three weapons, winning foil, epee, and sabre all by a 5-4 margin. 

The women's closet match of the day came against Lafayette, when they took epee 5-4.

Both teams are back in action on Novemeber 24th when they compete in the MACFA Event.
