POUGHKEEPSIE, NY – The Hunter Men's fencing team took part in the Vassar Invitational on Saturday afternoon. The Hawks defeated Yeshiva 16-11 to earn their lone victory. They dropped matches to two Division I opponents, Sacred Heart (21-6) and Army (14-13) as well as Vassar (23-4), Stevens Tech (21-6), Lafayette (20-7) and Haverford (21-6).
 
The Hawks next bout will be December 5 against West Point, which is Homecoming 2014.
