FLUSHING, N.Y.- The City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) announced its preseason poll for the upcoming women's indoor track and field season, with Hunter College tabbed second.

The Hawks received 14 total votes, with two first place nods, just behind last year's champion, Medgar Evers, receiving 15 votes and three first place picks. Hunter's Shannon Ferri, who was tabbed Runner of the Year for the 2025 women's cross country season was named the Hawks' player to watch.

Lehman was third in the poll, receiving nine total points, followed by CCNY with seven and York (5) to close out the poll.

Hunter kicks off its season on Dec. 6 at the Youree Spence Garcia Invitational at Ocean Breeze in Staten Island, N.Y.
