New York, N.Y – The wrestling team lost to the Yellow Jackets of Baldwin Wallace University 37-9 in a dual match. With the loss, the Hawks are now 0-2 in dual action.

Stephen Drew (133) defeated Jake Landers by a 10-7 decision, while Patryk Kopczynski (285) pinned Tyler Keating at 0:57 to give the Hawks their second and final win of the day.

"It was a tough day wrestling without four starters. However, a few guys showed strong efforts. Stephen Drew and Patryk Kopczynski both had strong performances after sitting out the past few weeks. I have high expectations for both wrestlers as we enter the second half of our season. Kenny Albert also wrestled a close match with a top ten ranked wrestler," says head coach Chris Mazzatta.

The Hawks are back in action on January 4^th when they compete against USMMA.
