New York, N.Y. – The men's volleyball team defeated the Bloodhounds of John Jay this past Wednesday 3-0 (25-12, 25-15, 25-12). With the win, the Hawks improve to 6-7, 6-1 CUNYAC while the Bloodhounds drop to 1-7, 0-6 CUNYAC.

The Hawks were led by Stanley Martinez with 12 kills, 17 assists, five digs, three service aces and one block. Nino Hot added 10 kills, three aces, and three digs while Alexandru Barbulescu chipped in with six kills. 

The Bloodhounds were led by Yevgeniy Remennik with four kills.

The Hawks are back in action on March 9^th when they travel to Springfield, MA to compete in the Springfield Tournament.
