Bronx, N.Y. - The men's volleyball team defeated the Lightning of Lehman College last night in three straight sets (25-14, 25-12, 25-18). With the win, the Hawks improve to 11-8, 10-1 CUNYAC while the Lightning drop to 11-13, 2-9 CUNYAC.

The Hawks were led by Braien Otsla with seven kills, five service aces, and five digs. Sophomore setter Stanley Martinez tallied 30 kills to go along with three kills and one block.

Matthew Ng and Nino Hot each chipped in with six kills apiece while Moshood Jinad and Alexandru Barbulescu added five.

Lehman was led by Brian Francisco who had a game high of 10 kills.

The Hawks are back in action on Saturday, March 23rd when they travel to Kean University to compete in the Kean Tri-Match.
