Union, N.J. - The men's volleyball team were defeated by Kean University 3-0 (20-25, 20-25, 19-25) and also by Juanita College 3-1 (19-25, 25-22, 11-25, 27-29). With the losses, the men drop to 11-10, 10-1 CUNYAC.

Agaisnt Kean, the Hawks were led by senior Braien Otsla who had 12 kills, one service ace and two digs. Nino Hot followed with 11 kills and two digs while both Alexandru Barbulescu and Moshood Jinad added foure kills apiece. Stanley Martinez added 28 assists.

During the match against Juanita, the Hawks were able to take the second set with a close 25-22 score, but weren't able to hold their momentum as Juanita took the third set 11-25, but it took them 29 points to win the fourth and final set.

The Hawks were once again led by Otsla who had 12 kills, followed by Jinad who tallied 10 kills. Martinez and Barbulescu each added seven kills while Martinez also had 32 assists.

The men are back in action on Tuesday, March 26th when they travel to Jersey City to take on the Gothic Knights of NJCU.
