BOX SCORE NEW YORK, NY - The Hunter College men's volleyball team defeated John Jay College in straight sets to advance to the CUNYAC Finals.
The Hawks fended off the Bloodhounds with set scores of 25-16, 25-17, & 25-11.
Ben Crusinberry led the Hawks attack totaling 8 kills, 4 aces, and 3 blocks. Blake Hogan added 10 kills of his own along with 3 blocks.
Nicolas Sanchez continued building on his impressive statistical season with 33 assists. Sophomore libero, Joseph Muir, totaled 13 digs.
As a team, the Purple and Gold, hit a combined .366, 36 kills, and 9 aces.
The Hawks will face the winner of the Baruch vs. Lehman match.
