Bridgewater, MA. - Hunter College wrestling picked up eight individual wins at the Metro NEWA Duals on Saturday, falling in all three matches to Williams College, Bridgewater State University and Roger Williams University.

The Hawks started the day by dropping a match to Williams, 36-14. Hunter's Ronaldo Rodriguez got a win with a 10-4 decision at 141 before Sean Miller defeated his opponent by major decision at 157. William Heine and Nick Brutus closed out the Hunter victories, getting wins at 165 and 174, respectively.

The Purple and Gold fell to Bridgewater State later in the day with a score of 25-17. Rodriguez posted his second win of the day, while Heine and Brutus also picked up wins for the Hawks.

The day ended with a shut out from Roger Williams as no Hunter wrestlers managed to get a win.

The team returns to the mat on February 16 when they travel to Centenary University.
