NEW YORK, N.Y.- The Hunter College men's and women's indoor track and field teams have unveiled their 2025-26 competition slate, highlighted by a mix of high-level regional meets and the culminating City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) Championship.
Under the direction of head coach
Marvin Hawkins, the Hawks will look to build on last year's strong indoor campaign, which produced multiple conference champions and personal-best performances across both programs.
Hunter opens its season on Friday, Dec. 5 at the Youree Spence- Garcia Invitational, hosted by St. John's University at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island. The meet annually serves as an early gauge for the Hawks against Division I, II, and III opposition.
Following the winter break, Hunter returns to Ocean Breeze for back-to-back meets, with the Wagner Invitational on Jan. 2 followed by the Spartan Invitational on Jan. 9.
The Hawks then head to the Armory for the NYU Gotham Cup on Jan. 16, then closes out January with a trip to Pennsylvania, competing at the DeSchriver Invitational on Sunday, Feb. 1, hosted by East Stroudsburg University.
The regular-season finale arrives on Saturday, Feb. 7 at the Frank Colden Invitational.
The Hawks will cap the indoor season at the CUNYAC Championship on Sunday, March 1, returning to the Armory for a 4:00 p.m. start.
