DALLAS, Pa.- The Hunter College wrestling team traveled to Misericordia University for a trimatch against hosting Cougars and Wilkes University on Saturday morning. 

The Hawks faced tough competition, falling in both duals. The day started against Misericordia, where Hunter fell 51-0. 

In the second match of the day, Hunter fell 51-6 to Wilkes, but freshman Jayden Medina continued his hot streak. At 149 lbs., Medina secured a 15-6 win over Hunter Troutman at 1:16, with a take down , arm bar.

The Hawks will continue their season at the NCAA Regionals on March 1 and 2 at Lycoming College.
