NEW YORK -Â The Hunter College men's soccer team has unveiled its 2025 schedule as the Hawks, led by first-year head coach
Evan Reifsnyder, set out to defend their CUNYAC championship. The 14-game slate features seven conference contests and a balanced mix of home and road matchups.
Hunter opens the season Aug. 30 at Saint Joseph's University Long Island in Patchogue, N.Y., before hosting Saint Elizabeth University in the home opener Sept. 3 on Randall's Island. The Hawks then visit the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy on Sept. 6 and return home Sept. 8 to face New Jersey City University.
A three-game road stretch follows with nonconference trips to the University of Mount Saint Vincent (Sept. 13), Albertus Magnus College (Sept. 20) and Pratt Institute (Sept. 27).
Conference play kicks off Oct. 1 against John Jay College on Randall's Island. The Hawks then travel to Brooklyn College (Oct. 4) and The City College of New York (Oct. 8) before hosting York College (Oct. 11) and last year's conference runner-up, Lehman College (Oct. 15). The final road test comes Oct. 18 at Medgar Evers College.
The regular season concludes Oct. 22 with the annual Senior Day celebration against Baruch College. The CUNYAC Championship tournament runs from Oct. 29 to Nov. 8, where Hunter will look to secure back-to-back titles.
