FLUSHING, N.Y.- The City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) has announced its weekly award winners for men's cross country, with Hunter College sweeping the distinctions.

Hengzhi Zhu was named Runner of the Week finished seventh overall at the Mount Saint Mary College Invitational this weekend, recording an 8K time of 29:12.1, the best time for any conference runner this season. Brian Arias grabbed the rookie title for the second consecutive week, placing 17th overall at the meet, with a time of 32:48.2. The two runners aided in the Hawks' third place team finish at the meet, the squad's best finish of the season thus far.

The Hawks return to the course on Sept. 20 at the Fred Pavlich Invitational hosted by Bard College.
