BOX SCORE New York, N.Y. - Hunter College men's tennis started the spring season with a victory over CUNYAC opponent York College on Saturday, defeating the Cardinals with a score of 8-1.

In doubles competition the Hawks swept the Cardinals as the duo of Jose Agregado and Joel Cantila led the way with a 8-0 victory at the no. 1 court.

In singles Nasser Ghaffar took down Hasnain Khatri with scores of 6-0, 6-0 at the no. 1 spot. Sean Kemp, Cantila, Omer Khalifa and Filip Koritysskiy finished off the match by each posting wins on their respective courts. 

The squad returns to action on Wednesday, March 28 when they host Lehman at 3:30 p.m.
