Hunter Men’s Fencing Announces 2025–26 Schedule

NEW YORK, N.Y.- The Hunter College men's fencing team has announced its 2025-26 competition slate, highlighted by a strong mix of invitational and championship meets across the Northeast region.

The Hawks open their season on October 25 at the Nikki Franke Invitational at Temple University, before heading to Poughkeepsie, N.Y., for the Vassar Invitational on November 9.

Hunter's November stretch continues with back-to-back Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Fencing Association (MACFA) events, the MACFA A vs. B on November 16 followed by MACFA B vs. C on November 23. The team closes out the semester with another MACFA B vs. C meet on December 15.

After the winter break, the Hawks resume competition at the Army Invitational on January 25 before heading to the Eric Sollee Invitational on January 31 at Harvard. February action features the MACFA B Round Robin on February 8 and the LIU Invitational on February 22.

Hunter wraps up the regular season with the MACFA Championship on March 1 in Madison, N.J., followed by the NCAA Regionals on March 8,  where the Hawks will look to qualify individual competitors for national contention.
