Claudia Chan was a part of a team that went 20-1 against CUNYAC teams. In 12 CUNYAC Championship races, she won 10 gold medals and one silver. She holds five CUNYAC meet records, while also holding the school record in the 200 IM with a time of 2:24.85. She was a part of two record holding relay teams; 400 Freestyle (3:59.86) and 200 Freestyle (1:47.83). She was named CUNYAC Tournament MVP three consecutive seasons (2004-06), the only swimmer, male or female to accomplish that. Awarded CUNYAC Rookie of the Year in 2004 and CUNYAC Swimmer of the Year three straight years (2005-07). As a senior, she was given the Dick Krempecki Outstanding Senior Award by the Metropolitan Conference, the 2007 CUNYAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year award and the 2007 Hunter College Golden Hawk award.
